I take concerta 72mg and it always makes me feel restless and fidgety and i already have insomnia, but it seems to make it worse. is this normal?

Concerta: Yes Concerta can cause those symptoms, including insomnia. Talk with your doctor about possibly reducing the dose and also ensure you are taking it early in the day and not close to bedtime.
