A member asked:

Is it dangerous to have ct scans 2 months apart from each other?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Ct scanning accounts for the majority of radiation from medical imaging. 30% of ct scans performed by doctors are medically unnecessary. There should be no short term risk involved in two consecutive ct scans, but repeated exposure should be minimized if possible.
