Newborn has marble size lumps under breast is this normal?

Usually yes: Exposure to maternal hormones during pregnancy can lead to breast gland enlargement resulting in a moveable ball like structure in newborns (both males and females). In female newborns they can experience white vaginal discharge and even some spotting. Your pediatrician should be able to examine during newborn checkup.

Yes: Especially if you are breastfeeding the hormones in breastmilk often lead to breastbud development in infants. This will resolve eventually and is not harmful.

Yes it can be: Estrogen is in very high quantity in the bloodstream of both male and female newborns, therefore they do have small amounts of breast tissue that resolves on its own over the first several months of life.
