A member asked:

I think i injured my ulner nerve by leaning on my elbow. will it heal, and if so, how long will it take?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It should heal: Minor compression or trauma to the ulnar nerve (when you hit it or lean on elbow for too long) will cause tingling and pain down the inside of the arm and into the pinkie and ring finger. The pain should go away in a couple of days on its own. If the pain persists or if there was no trauma - you should get it checked to make sure the source of the pain is not from neck.
