XR and exam : If you suspect that you fractured your elbow it would be best to see an Orthopaedic surgeon and be evaluated and get an xray. Symptoms of a fractured elbow include pain, instability, and difficulty with motion. Ulnar nerve symptoms include numbness or tingling in the small and ring finger, weakness in the hand, burning sensation starting at the elbow and moving to the fingers.
