A member asked:

How are golfer's elbow and ulnar nerve problem differentiate?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Tendon vs. nerve: Golfer's elbow is due to the muscle tendon. Pain starts at the medial epicondyle and spreads down the forearm. Wrist bending, forearm twisting, & object grasping worsens the pain. Cubital tunnel syndrome is caused by a pinched ulnar nerve as it crosses the elbow on its way to the hand. http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/000789.htm
