I have decreased my pain meds from 10 dilaudid a day to 3, fentynal patch from 100 mcg to 50, and one oxycontin from two. what should be the next stei?

Pain meds: Hopefully you are doing this under your doctors supervision. That being said, continue to follow your doctors supervision to decrease your medications as we have no idea what you are being treated for or what dose of the medication you are on.

Opioids: Get off Oxycontin first, then Dilaudid and then of fentanyl evidently in decreasing steps. Make it in 4-6 weeks under a doctor's supervision. The withdrawal syndrome is not to be down played.
