Pain in the neck: what you need is a diagnosis and a program of physical therapy. Recent study showed that UNDERSTANDING the pain source helps with proper PT. you can check out my cervical exercises at www.grossaninstitute.com but first fully understand what your problem is and follow exercise program by a physical therapist.
