Reaching a pinnacle!: Those are great accomplishments. What has worked so far should work for the last 10 pounds. It might take a little longer because the lower the weight, the fewer the number of calories burned with activities. So adding to duration or intensity can speed it up. Nonetheless this is the best approach to achieving and maintaining a healthy weight. You have discovered the keys to lifelong success!
