Age related: Calcium is an important component of the diet and helps maintain bone health and other bodily functions. Your growth is dependent upon your age and your body will grow upwards until basic growth is finished (mostly somewhere in the teen years). After that growth is more likely around your waist and calcium has little to do with that.
