It's cheaper & more nutritious to eat fresh fruits and veggies than popping pills. Staying active, playing the Wii and sun exposure would also strengthen your mind, body & soul!
(Antacids prevent absorption of calcium and other vitamins. Phosphoric acid in soda depletes the body's calcium content and contributes to osteoporosis)
