A member asked:

My baby is 2 years old.do i need to take calcium or vitamins as i am feeding her?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not necessarily: A toddler that consumes 4 cups of milk or the equivalent in cheese, yogurt, or similar products does not need extra calcium. Those with a broad exposure to fruits, meats and vegetables will seldom require vitamins.Few products you buy are free of supplemental vitamins to begin with. If you choose to use liquid vits, the treat chewies will set young kids up to overdose on pills they find.
