Vitamin D & calcium: It's probably a good idea to take calcium and possibly vitamin d3 while pregnant. Talk to your doctor about the dosage that is recommended for you. Unless you eat a vegan diet (no animal products) you probably don't need to take more vitamin B12 than is in prenatal vitamins.
