Not worse but as bad: Cigar smoke is just as toxic as cigarette smoke. Comparative toxicity is related to quantity smoked, but some cigars contain as much tobacco as a whole pack of cigarettes! while cigar smoke is not deeply inhaled and thus may be less toxic to lungs, cigar smoking causes increased risk of cancer of the lip, tongue, mouth, throat & larynx.
