Smoking djarum clove cigars, how bad is it? i smoke about 6 to 8 a day. they are the same size as a regular cigarette

They are terrible: Cloves have at least twice the amount of toxic "tars" as tobacco, carry more carbon monoxide into the body, and have a specific chemical called eugenol which is especially damaging to lungs. They are not a healthier alternative to tobacco, even though they do not have nicotine. However, they are less "addicting" and easier to quit than tobacco, and that is exactly what you should do!

Very unhealthy: Kreteks (clove cigarettes) are reported by the cdc to produce at least twice the nicotine, carbon monoxide ; tar as most american cigarette brands. They are usually 60 to 80% tobacco and 20 to 40% ground clove. Thus, they contain the same dangerous chemicals found int cigars/ cigarettes plus some.
