How does a doc go about fixing a slipped disc?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Usually no surgery: 90% of disc herniations get better with no surgery. In the 10% that need surgery, it is usually an out patient or same day procedure. Most times, activity modification, exercise, medication and occasionally epidural steroid injections are needed..
