You do not have to: However , you need to be realistic as well . There are many ways to help low back pain . Some are medication , and others are non medications . To mention few, wearing braces , avoiding weight bearing activities like lifting , applying ice and heat . Using medication starting from tylenol (acetaminophen) to Ibuprofen and similar medications . Depending on the level the pain , pain management docs can participate
