Your : Your boyfriend needs to seek care from a pain management specialist. In the meantime the orthopedic doctor should be managing his pain. Is he scheduled for surgery? If no one will treat his pain and he can't sit or stand then he will likely need to go to an urgent care or er. I hope he finds relief soon.
