Absolutely: Teenagers can whiten their teeth just like adults. I'd recommend a lower percentage of the bleaching agents but it should be done with professional supervision and direction. Talk to your dentist and he or she can advise you on the proper amounts and give you good guidance.

Yes.: While it is generally recommended to wait until age 18 due to development of enamel, some younger patients are getting whitening done sooner, the biggest risk is for post-op sensitivity. The whitening peroxide gel can cause mild to severe discomfort so "in-office", power-whitening ( 1 visit-type ) is not appropriate. The " at-home" whitening kit is better since the effect is more gradual.
