3 probs - unrelated: Ear itching is common and may be related to mild trauma or fungal process - see ENT and avoid putting anything in your ears. Head hurting around the nose area is likely a sinus related process (pressure build up in the sinus d/t allergy, infection). Pain near the temple can be d/t jaw joint, or chewing muscle inflammation - can also be d/t blood vessels and other routine causes of headache.
