No: Tennis elbow (latetal epicondylitis) is on the outside of the elbow. The inside of the elbow is where the ulnar nerve (funny bone) and the medial epicondyle are found. Resting on the inside part of the elbow can cause compression of the ulnar nerve or cubital tunnel syndrome. You may experience numbness or tingling in the ring and small fingers. Avoid positions that cause symptoms.
