TENNIS ELBOW: The best treatment is rest and no aggravation. Pt is also important. A steroid injection done once may start the process of healing. Topical medicated creams can be used as well. In pt make sure they are using low level laser as well. No need for EMG or MRI unlesss there is suspicion of nerve problem.
