Physical therapy?: Have you ever had physical therapy or rehab? It will help with your tennis elbow. It would not be a quick fix, but will also help to prevent future injury as possible. Surgery would be a last resort. Good luck!

I disagree with...: ...the current recommended treatments for chronic tennis elbow. It makes no sense to treat chronic symptoms with ice, since this reduced blood flow and delays healing. Medication and shots are temporary fixes and have to be repeated. Braces limit movement, which is bad for your joint in the long run (although may be good while sleeping). My patients benefit by using my Doctors Reflex therapy.
