Is there any support to say that a pes anserinus transfer would keep you from having to have a tkr?

No: I am unaware of any long term outcome study that demonstrates that a pes anserine transfer is preventative of knee arthritis or prevents the need for knee replacement.

No: A tkr - total knee replacement is for arthritis or loss of cartilage in the knee joint. Problems with your pes anserinus tendons or bursa are not related to the amount of cartilage in your knee.
