Seek Follow-up: In order to re-establish a baseline for your complaints you should be re-evaluated by an orthopaedic surgeon with a specialty in primary and secondary joint arthroplasty. In a patient with a previous joint replacement, unresolved pain particularly at rest with localized fluid collections are very serious signs of possible early joint failure.
