A few times a year: Especially if they R helpful. It is not an intraarticular injection, so even with a TKA it is safe. If U get very little help from them, there's no sense in repeating them after a couple of injections.

Upto 4 a year, that: I recomend, though very few people all those. An addition you need to take NSAIDs, do PT and more importantly do you own exercises, at least 3 times a day for 10 minutes each time. Good Luck.
