Bipolar is chronic: Remittent illness, require wright medication, med compliance, refrain form all İlicit drug use , therapy and exercise to avoid medications side effect and for worsening of symptoms to seek treatment at next available hospital .Yes inpatient treatment some times needed , since patient with this diagnoses has poor insight and judgement and poor med compliance.
