How do docs keep up with new drugs and learn new things, considered many hours they work? does it matter to use young doc or seasoned doc?

Who do we trust?: This is an excellent answer and is probably going to be answered differently by every doctor on board here. Most of us get to a place in our careers were we realize we cannot possibly be an expert in everything and thus begin to limit our treatment of areas we know less about. All of us get to be experts in some areas and to keep up on these areas is a full time job. Physicians must keep learn.
