Yes 2 times is fine: Yes you can spray fluticasone nasal spray (Flonase) two times a day. The maximum dose for allergic rhinitis is actually 2 sprays per nostril once a day OR 1 spray per nostril twice a day. When you spray into your nose, spray away from the center of your nose. You should be fine! If you are concerned, try spraying 1 time in each nostril once a day and inhale through your nose gently.
