Leukocytosis: If there is elevated white cells it usually means there is infection or sepsis in the body. High white cell count also occurs with certain leukemias, and due to certain medications like neurogenic, steroids etc. Low white cell can occur in hiv, chemotherapy drugs, melody spastic syndromes, bone marrow suppression from any cause.
