Swollen Tonsils Hurt: If your whole body hurts with swollen tonsils, you probably are experiencing viral tonsillopharyngits. Warm salt water gargles, tylenol (acetaminophen), (acetaminophen) and Ibuprofen will help. Alternate the tylenol (acetaminophen) with the Motrin for best relieve. Not getting better, go see your healthcare provider.
