Healthy heart: It's part of maintaining a healthy heart and musculoskeletal system for one. It helps to maintain our mental health and is more effective then medication for depression. It can fill a social need if you exercise with someone.

Lots of reasons: Agree with dr. O. Exercise can also prevent cancer and improve memory. Lots of terrific benefits to getting up and getting move at least 30 minutes every day.

Keeps you healthy: Exercising the brain keeps the brain healthy. Exercising the heart keeps the heart healthy. Exercising the muscles keeps them healthy. Numerous studies have shown over and over that exercise prolongs life and improves the quality of life and helps prevent disease.
