A member asked:

Can antihistamines be a good strategy for managing environmental allergies?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It's a start: It's a start. Usually not completely sufficient. Seeing an allergist and coming up with the best plan together is your best option. Other home remedies are avoidance of known triggers, no pets on bed or in bedroom, washing floors and sheets more frequently, salt water washes. See an allergist.
