2nd generation : antihistamines, as loratadine, cetirizine or fexofenadine OTC, can be used as a start, but read the labels carefully, take either one regularly, not on as needed basis, preferably at night time, only once a day. You can try for a week or two, if no improvement, you need to see your doctor who may refer you to an ENT / Allergist, good luck
