Possible, Not common: Most people only have one drug (medication) allergy. Yet, its certainly possible to be allergic to two totally unrelated medications. An allergy in this regard does not mean that the medication 'does not agree with you' but that you have an immune response, which could be dangerous, to the antibiotic. See an allergist for testing if you have had serious reactions to antibiotics.

Maybe: Being allergic to sulfa does not cross react to fluoroquinolone antibiotics. But, you could be allergic to both independently. If you think you're having an allergic reaction to cipro, (ciprofloxacin) please check in with the prescribing doctor to determine if in fact you're having an allergic reaction to it.
