Probably : Discuss with your doctor, usually it isn't the first choice, there are other alternatives, and better be guided by antibiotics sensitivity of urine culture, rather than emperic treatment, your doctor would explain, good luck

Try sulfas or: like Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) DS or nitrofurantoin ( Macrobad), Zithromax is not a a drug of choice for UTI.
