Check with your PCP: You probably have something other than (or in addition to) a uti. It's pretty unlikely that Cipro (ciprofloxacin) didn't work to cure your uti. Swollen neck glands and UTI don't really go together. There is also a remote possibility you are having a reaction to the macrobid. In any event, see your pcp.
