Not A Good Idea: For your relationship with your therapist to be helpful, there needs to be a level of trust so that your therapist can understand you and your situation as completely as possible. Also, your therapist is there to help you live in the healthiest way possible. For your own health, and for the therapist to be able to help you, it is important to be open and honest.
