Raw organic food: Unless you are having a deficiency, most supplements turn money into urine! there are a few products like juice plus that have some studies demonstrating certain improvements in some lab tests, but that is not proof that they prevent or cure any disease. By definition, in this country, if a supplement could prevent or cure an illness it would be a drug and require a prescription. That's the law.
