No doctors are PA's: No doctors are pa's (physician assistants). Pa's have training to take care of certain types of simpler medical conditions, under supervision by doctors. Physician's have physician assistants. Dentists have dental assistants. Business executives have office assistants. They all have specific roles in the fabric of our society.
