Make an appointment: If wondering about lab results, a patient can make an appointment to see his doctor to go over lab results, plus ask other questions. A typical doctor's appointment has enough time to answer 2-3 questions, so if there are more questions, just make a follow-up appointment. The best insurance for this would be non-HMO insurance, because HMO insurance doesn't pay doctors for the extra appointments.
