Compression stocking: Compression stockings may be helpful to prevent swelling if applied first thing in the morning. Of course, the causes of the swelling should be investigated by your physician.

Swollen feet: She may need to have intermittent breaks so she can sit and raise her legs , if this is not feasible she probably needs a compression stocking to wear while at work, she should also see her doctor to evealuate probable cause of her swelling feet.
