You may need surgery: Often for patients who have lost large amounts of weight, surgery is required, such as a tummy tuck, to remove loose skin and stretch marks. See a board certified plastic surgeon to find out what your options are.

Abdominoplasty: The best method to remove problem stretch marks and loose skin after weight loss is a surgical procedure call an abdominoplasty or tummy tuck. Abdominoplasty is a surgical procedure designed to tighten abdominal muscles, tighten loose skin of the anterior abdominal wall and improved contours of the abdominal wall.

Tummy tuck: If most of your loose skin and stretch marks are in the lower abdomen, abdominoplasty , know as tummy tuck is the indicated procedure. However if the stretch marks are in other parts such as thighs breasts etc not much can be done about them.

Body contouring : Body contouring can incorporate removal of excess skin and fat and as well as liposuction to provide better definition. It invariably depends on your examination and your skin. You did not mention if this is from a surgical weight loss procedure. If it is then the options will vary by your exam. Please find a board certified plastic surgeon for a consultation.

Nothing: Stretch marks are tears in the skin cause by weight gain. They can be covered up, but not improved by creams and lotions. The only possibly effective therapy is cosmetic plastic surgery, but that's a big step for a non-health and non-life threatening problem.
