Yes: Sometimes patients may have more than one problem. If those symptoms did not resolve completely with rehydration, then medical care should be sought immediately. Even if they did resolve, follow up with a primary care physician is important.

Yes: The "dehydration" label is hard to apply without data. Prior (days) accurate weight & present weight is one dependable sign but weights must be taken in the same way (similar clothes/unclothed). An ER would not have that data.It can be suspected but is could be part of another illness marked by poor intake.Dehydration enough to give these symptoms would have been treated with IV fluids & rechecked
