Dehydration?: If your BUN and creatinine are normal, it is very, very unlikely you have dehydration. If your egfr is 57 ml/min, it is unlikely that your have a normal BUN and creatinine, as you chronic kidney disease stage 3. Why don't you ask the physician (p) who ordered the blood work on you that gave you a egfr of 57 what is going on? That p knows you better than anyone else. Good luck.
