Tooth pressure: It could be the result of bruxism...Chronic grinding or clenching your teeth. Check with your dentist to rule out deep decay and fractures.

Possible infection: Pressure on your teeth may be due to a gum irritation caused by impacted food or the nerve of your tooth may be compromised. Either scenario may lead to infection which will cause increased pressure. If it is multiple teeth on both sides of your mouth, you may be clenching or grinding. It is im portant that you see your dentist to determine the cause.
