Neck & low back pain: Forward head posture (head is in front of shoulders) and slouching can put an undue stress on the spine (vertebrae/ muscles/ligaments) causing them to work overtime. This can accelerate degenerative changes and lead to neck and low back pain. Discuss with your md and consider a referral to a physical therapist to work on core stabilization exercises. Yoga and pilates can be helpful as well.

Usually nothing: Usually nothing as long as you are young, healthy and fit with no underlying back issues.
