Acid?: Lots of things can cause stomach aches but many people have acid related stomach aches after an overnight fast. Does eating in the morning relieve your symptoms? If so, a trial of some Tums (calcium carbonate) or ranitidine at bed time may help. If not that, you need to see a medical professional so they can focus the testing based on your age, sex, medical history etc.
