i have been dealing with anxiety since oct. now i'm waking up with stomach aches every morning. could this be part of the anxiety? can g.a.d go away ?

Yes: This sounds like anxiety. However, you should have a physical exam to rule out other causes. G.A.D. can be successfully treated. Contact a mental health professional.
