I wake up every morning with a stomach ache, im 30, before my first child i had very sensitive stomach to milk, but it went away. could it come back?

Sounds like it has..: Early in the morning stomach aches often are form gastritis or reflux, whose symptoms are typically worse on an empty stomach when you haven't eaten all night. Food sensitivity is not an uncommon cause of the gastritis, so if you have a history in the past of having problems with milk, it could certainly be back and giving you your symptoms. Try OTC acid reducer for a few weeks to settle symptoms.
